Join us for Indigenous Tacos, free to the public in Celebration of Indigenous Peoples Day, first come first serve. In community partnership with Lethbridge & Area Metis Association, Sik-Ooh-Kotoki Friendship Society and the department of Canadian Heritage. Cultural singing and dancing will begin at 1 p.m. at the Lethbridge Public Library Main branch Piitoyiss Eagles Nest. We are honored to welcome talented Indigenous hand drum group "White Buffalo" singers to provide the dancing beats for our talented Indigenous Female Fancy Dancer and Male Chicken Dancer, showcasing their beautiful traditional regalia and dance moves. Stay tuned for more information on programs offered at our Lethbridge Public Library Crossing's location i.e. Indigenous Storytime, Rock dot art, Friendship bracelets and the "Tales of Napi" Escape room.
