Join us during the month of May for Mental Health awareness week and month, as the Lethbridge Public Library Indigenous Services team will be hosting a Medicine Wheel Workshop each week at the downtown Main Branch, highlighting the four sacred elements of the Medicine Wheel: Physical, Spiritual, Mental and Emotional. Guest Speakers will be presenting each week on Monday evenings at 6pm to share resources and techniques to assist with Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual aspects of wholistic well-being, to help promote a healthy positive lifestyle. 

Week Four Monday May 27 - Spiritual element - Presentation on Traditional Plant Medicines used in Prayer and Meditation from the indigenous Services Team at the Lethbridge Public Library, Natasha Fox and Tenaya Benson. Registration is required for this day, to have enough material to make traditional medicinal pouches to accommodate a maximum of 10.
