The Library Plan of Service is the Board’s strategic plan and serves as a roadmap for the delivery of library services over a 5-year period. The Plan is developed through a community needs assessment and includes the goals, strategies and objectives that will guide the Library’s service priorities.

Facilities Master Plan
The Facilities Master Plan provides strategic direction for Library services and facilities over the next 25 years to create a landmark public library in our community. The plan provides a path to address the growing need of Library services in Lethbridge based on extensive community and stakeholder engagement, best practices and public library standards.
